Mirra AlfassaFamily Tree and Lifestory - iMeUsWe

A very important person in the area of spirit and soul in the 20th century was more than just a name. She was a French Indian spiritual teacher, someone who studied hidden things, and a yoga teacher. Her life was very connected to the way of thinking in India. Her trip started in Paris on 21 February 1878 and ended with her becoming a helper to Sri Aurobindo, forming the main idea of complete yoga. People called her "The Mother." She was not just a teacher but a living example of the divine woman. Like a person from a deep spiritual movie, she gave off a feeling of wisdom and kindness that brought many people looking for answers to her. Before she met Sri Aurobindo in 1914, she had already spent time learning about hidden things and spiritual ways. Her effect is still felt today, many years after she died on 17 November 1973 in Pondicherry, India. She helped start the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in 1926 and was very important in starting Auroville in 1968. Auroville is a town where people try to live together as one. The Mother's lessons still give ideas to people who want to know themselves better and understand their minds more deeply. Her life was like a cloth made of hard work, dreams, and deep spiritual understanding. It is like a light for those trying to find their way in the hard parts of being human, very different from the problems shown in movies like "Gandhi," but just as important in its own way.
