Jaydev Unadkat is an Indian international cricketer who primarily plays as a leftarm mediumfast bowler. He is also a handy lowerorder batsman. Born on October 18, 1991, in Porbandar, Gujarat, Unadkat made his firstclass debut for Saurashtra in 2010. He quickly gained recognition for his ability to swing the ball and his consistent performances in domestic cricket. He was part of the India Under19 team that reached the semifinals of the 2010 ICC Under19 Cricket World Cup.
Unadkat made his international debut for India in a Test match against South Africa in December 2010. He later played in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) for India. While he hasn't been a regular feature in the national team, he has remained a prominent figure in the domestic circuit.
