Deepak Chahar is an Indian international cricketer who primarily plays as a rightarm mediumfast bowler and a lowerorder batsman. He was born on August 7, 1992, and hails from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Chahar made his firstclass debut for Rajasthan in 2010 and quickly gained recognition for his ability to swing the ball effectively. He initially struggled with injuries early in his career, but persevered and worked on his fitness to become a more consistent performer.

Chahar's breakthrough came in the Indian Premier League (IPL), where he has represented various teams, including the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Under the guidance of captain MS Dhoni at CSK, he honed his skills and became a vital part of their bowling attack.
