Anand Kumar - A Lifestory

The Indian math teacher is truly inspiring. People know him best for his Super 30 program, which started in 2002 in Patna, Bihar. This program helps poor students get ready for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) to get into the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). His hard work in teaching comes from his own problems. After his father died, he could not go to Cambridge University because he did not have enough money. So, he used his love for learning to help others. He saw that smart students could do well if they just had the help they needed. Super 30 has been very successful and people all over the world have noticed. Many of his students, who come from very poor families, have done great things and gotten into good schools. Because of this, he has become well known, and has been written about in newspapers and on TV both in India and other countries. In 2019, a movie called "Super 30" was made about his life, starring Hrithik Roshan. The movie changed some things, but it helped more people learn about his story and how much he cares about giving everyone a good education. A teacher at Patna University said, "He is a true dreamer. His work shows how education can change people's lives." His work keeps inspiring teachers and students, showing that if you try hard and have good help, you can do anything.
