Child Safety Standards Policy
At iMeUsWe, we are committed to creating a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all users, especially children. Our policy reflects compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and outlines clear guidelines, reporting mechanisms, and our dedication to protecting children. This policy aims to provide users with an understanding of their responsibilities and inform them about the measures we take to ensure child safety.
1. Published Standards
We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Our standards ensure users clearly understand their responsibilities and the consequences of non-compliance:
- User Responsibilities: All users must refrain from uploading, sharing, or engaging in any content or behaviour related to CSAE. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
- Prohibited Content: Any form of content related to CSAE, exploitation, or abuse—including images, videos, messages, or other media—is strictly banned.
- Consequences of Violations: Users found violating these standards will face:
- Immediate removal of the content.
- Suspension or termination of their account.
- Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
These measures are designed to protect children and maintain a safe platform for all users.
2. In-App Mechanism for Reporting
We want to empower users to contribute to a safer online environment. Our app includes an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to:
- Report inappropriate content or behaviour.
- Flag accounts suspected of involvement in CSAE.
- Share concerns directly with our team.
How to Report:
Simply navigate to the “Get Help” page on the Account Settings page to flag content or users. Alternatively, you can email us at support@imeuswe.in with your concerns or feedback.
We take all reports seriously. Every submission is promptly reviewed, and actions are taken based on our standards and relevant laws.
3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
iMeUsWe takes swift and decisive action when Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is identified. This includes:
- Immediate removal of offending material.
- Full cooperation with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
- Reporting confirmed cases of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (report.cybertip.org) and Childline India (www.childlineindia.org).
We also urge users to report any CSAM they encounter on our platform through the in-app mechanism or via email.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We ensure our platform complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, meeting or exceeding industry standards:
- Our team conducts regular monitoring of user-generated content to detect and prevent violations.
- We maintain a robust system for promptly reporting CSAE and CSAM to relevant authorities.
By complying with these laws and taking proactive measures, we strive to create a trusted platform for all users.
5. Child Safety Point of Contact
To address child safety concerns effectively, we have a designated Child Safety Point of Contact. This representative is responsible for:
- Responding to concerns or reports raised by users or external entities.
- Liaising with Google regarding any CSAE content on our platform.
- Overseeing enforcement procedures and ensuring timely action.
For child safety-related concerns or further information, users can contact us at support@imeuswe.in
